Now really, the title isn't quite accurate. I've actually done quite a bit of travelling; it's just all happened within the United States.
When I was a kid, I was supposed to go to Barbados. My mom, sister and I all trekked to the post office, waited in line, filled out forms, smiled for the camera and voila! We all got brand new passports! (Hah! If only it were that easy!!)
Sadly, that trip never happened, and that was as close as I ever got to breezing through customs.
So now that I'm 25, and married and constantly being asked when I'm going to start popping out babies, I figure if I'm going to go anywhere, I'd better get on it!
The hubby and I were talking the other night, and talked about saving up to go on a European excursion next year. (How original, I know!) We want to try and swing two weeks there, starting with Italy, then France, England and Ireland. If we can get enough vacation time off work, we also want to hit Spain and Germany.
The saving starts riiiiiiiiiiiiight now.
